Valentine’s Day is right around the corner!
If you’re looking for a great date night out in South Florida to celebrate with the one you love, I have found some wonderful romantic restaurants for you!
Casablanca Cafe – Fort Lauderdale Beach
Voted “Fort Lauderdale’s Most Romantic Restaurant” for good reason! It’s right on A1A and has a beautiful view of the ocean and a great breeze, too. The Mediterranean setting is filled with the sounds of cool music, as it is also an American Piano Bar. The menu includes prime beef, fresh seafood, a great wine selection, pasta, salad, and more.
This is an eclectic oceanfront restaurant at the ground level of The Atlantic Hotel and Spa. It features simple, fresh, globally inspired cuisine sure to please any palate. It’s a cozy and hip spot to dine, and also has free valet parking for restaurant patrons (bonus!)
Moon Thai & Japanese Restaurant – Coral Springs (additional locations in Kendall and Weston)
Recently renovated and expanded, Moon Thai has incredible ambiance for any date night! The menus (yes, there’s two!) offers a very wide variety of Thai and Japanese cuisines. The food is delicious and it’s right next to Regal Cinemas Magnolia movie theater , if you’re looking for a dinner-and-a-movie kind of night!
Rusty Pelican – Miami/Key Biscayne
Rusty Pelican is where my husband and I were engaged! It’s an upscale restaurant with absolutely beautiful sweeping views of the Biscayne Bay. Their menu has exquisite small plates that arrive the moment they are ready to be eaten (and shared!)
Wynwood Kitchen and Bar – Miami
I really like this place. In the photo above I was there with blogging friends Huppie Mama and April Go Lightly last year, and I just went there again recently with my husband for lunch. It’s a super trendy place in Wynwood (right in front of the Wynwood Walls) and the food is incredible. There is unique art wall-to-wall, fun music, and a great menu to create an overall laid back, eclectic Miami vibe.
Tanzy – Boca Raton
I love Tanzy for Valentine’s Day because the atmosphere is dimly lit and romantic. Their menu is a delicious take on rustic Italian food. They have really cool drinks, too. The awesome iPic movie theater is upstairs, Mizner Park is outside and private dining is also available…pretty much a one stop Valentine’s shop, if you ask me!
Wishing everyone a very Happy Valentine’s Day!
