Mornings around here are super hectic. I’m so not a morning person, but when you’re a mom with little kids you kind of have no choice other than to be a morning person!
After I’m up and dressed for the day, I start preparing the kids for their day.
If I was smart then I packed the kids’ snacks for preschool the night before, and got their backpacks ready-to-go by the front door. Otherwise, I pack up their stuff, pick out their clothes, feed them breakfast, and try to be on time.
Once everyone is fed, dressed, we hop in the car to head off to school.
When I return from dropping the boys off at school, it’s time to start my work and by then I’m usually starving!
My go-to breakfast food is now the delicious Chobani Greek Yogurt with new flavors like Chobani Oats Rasin Brown Sugar or Peach. They’re the perfect food to kick-start my day with gluten-free grain and real fruit, giving me the energy to power through my day.
Since I work from home, I love having easy and quick foods that I can eat at my desk as I’m typing an email or blog post. I also love foods that pack a punch and provide me with a lot of nutrients to keep my brain focused on my work.
Besides working at my desk, some mornings I head over to the gym, run errands, shoot photos or purchase items for upcoming blog posts. My days are definitely very on-the-go, and generally never the same as the previous day, which keeps things interesting!
With 10 grams of protein 10 grams of whole grains and a good source of fiber in each serving, Chobani Oats is a super convenient way to fuel my morning. It tastes amazing, too! It definitely gives me the energy I need to take on my day!
No matter which variety of Chobani you choose to fuel you through your morning, each and every cup is made with fresh milk from cows not treated with rBST, and there’s no artifical sweeteners, preservatives, or flavors. Yay for no yucky stuff!
