Is there something synonymous about Summer and watermelons? We eat a lot of them! The other day I decided to make one into a skinny watermelon mojito…which is very similar to a regular watermelon mojito just without the added sugar. The fruit by itself adds enough sweetness without pouring on more sugar.
These mojitos came out rather delicious, if I do say so myself. This drink recipe makes a light, airy, and very refreshing beverage! The flavors are not overwhelming, and the added hint of mint is pretty much perfect.
Ready to make a batch of these mojitos for yourself?! Ok, great! Here’s what you’ll need to get your drink going:
Skinny Watermelon Mojito Recipe

Reserve additional mint leaves for garnish.

4. Pour into your favorite glass and ENJOY!
Ingredients
- 1 cup watermelon
- 1 cup club soda
- 1 ounce rum
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- approximately 6 mint leaves
Instructions
- Blend your watermelon to a smooth consistency. If your watermelon was not previously chilled, you may want to add 1/4 cup of ice into the blender, as well, to chill your beverage.
- Meanwhile, muddle 3 or 4 mint leaves in a separate bowl. Reserve additional mint leaves for garnish.
- When the watermelon is finished blending, add in the club soda, rum, lime juice, and mint.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
