The other day I decided to make one into a skinny watermelon mojito…which is very similar to a regular watermelon mojito just without the added sugar. The fruit by itself adds enough sweetness without pouring on more sugar.
These mojitos came out rather delicious, if I do say so myself. This drink recipe makes a light, airy, and very refreshing beverage! The flavors are not overwhelming, and the added hint of mint is pretty much perfect.
