Can you believe Christmas is over?! I can’t! The year flew by. Now it’s time to begin the prep for New Year’s Eve, and everyone loves a good champagne cocktail on New Year’s, right?!
I’m definitely a fan of a good old fashioned plain glass of champagne to ring in the New Year. I also love the idea of sprucing up the drink recipe menu with a festive champagne cocktail that will add a pop of color to your celebration!
Today, I have for you a super tasty Cranberry Champagne Cocktail recipe that is sure to please your holiday and New Year’s Eve party guests. It’s fairly easy to make, too, which is always a huge bonus in my book!
Here’s what you’ll need to create a beautiful and delicious drink for your fabulous New Year’s Eve party:
Cranberry Champagne Cocktail Recipe
fresh cranberries for garnish
First, fill each champagne glass 3/4 full with ice.
Next, add champagne to the glass until it’s again 3/4 full with liquid.
Then, add in 1 ounce of raspberry liqueur.
Last, fill the remainder of the glass to top with cranberry juice.
Repeat the steps above for each glass of this cranberry champagne cocktail you plan to serve to your party guests.
Serve with fresh cranberries as a garnish, or you can also drop a few fresh cranberries into the bottom of the champagne glasses for a beautiful look (like we have shown in the photos).
Another fun idea is to freeze fresh cranberries on toothpicks or small skewers to keep your champagne drink cold in a very fashionably festive way!
PS – My champagne glasses in the photos above are accessorized with Swarovski Crystal Magnetic Wine Glass Charms & Markers (<–aff. link where you can buy them here ) These are not only a very pretty way to jazz up your glasses, but they help to make sure you are actually drinking YOUR drink, since they are available in many different colors.
We hope you have a WONDERFUL, healthy, prosperous and Happy New Year!
