Boo to you, and you and you…Boo-to-You Halloweeeeeeennn!!
Ok, so basically that little jingle has been stuck in my head since I went to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. It’s the theme song for the Boo-To-You parade and it’s SO fun! Besides collecting TONS of candy, this parade is the highlight of MNSSP for me.
Side note – My husband cannot take my singing anymore. The kids and I constantly sing Boo-to-You around the house. Let me tell you, it’s magical. Did you know that we live so close to Walt Disney World that I can see the Magic Kingdom fireworks out of my master bedroom window every.single.night?? Yup. We are a very Disney family over here, and obviously I’ll keep on singin’ Boo-to-You Halloween all I want until it’s time to start rocking some Christmas carols, whether my husband likes it or not 😉

The parade includes Disney characters in Halloween regalia and the ghostly inhabitants of The Haunted Mansion. Anyway, back to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. 2017 marks the 23rd year of MNSSHP.
This year we went dressed up as characters from 101 Dalmations. Fittingly, I was Cruella deVil. My sister and my 2 older boys were dalmations. (My husband stayed home with our new baby). If you follow me on Instagram you may have seen a peek at our outfits. Here were are in all of our MNSSHP glory…
and here…
Tip – MNSSHP is one of the only times adults are allowed to dress up in costumes in the parks, so it’s definitely an extra magical event!
We had a blast this year at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. The kids enjoyed trick-or-treating, some rides, and just being at Walt Disney World. They really, truly are Disney kids at their core!
If you’re wondering if you should go to MNSSP this year, my answer is YES! GO! It’s so much fun. You won’t be disappointed 🙂 You can find out more information (dates, times, purchase tickets, etc) about Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party by clicking here.

New in 2015, the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular,” show during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom Park includes the mischievous Sanderson Sisters from Disney’s Hocus Pocus, who throw an evil Halloween party that features appearances by Dr. Facilier, Oogie Boogie, Maleficent and other great Disney villains, along with dancers, projections and special effects. Disclosure: I was provided complimentary media tickets to attend MNSSHP. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
