Ok, so real talk…I’ve taken about a dozen or so different strollers to Walt Disney World with me since becoming a mom almost six years ago. Single strollers, double strollers, tandem strollers, you name it, I’ve probably used it. There are positives and negatives to nearly every stroller. One thing is for sure, you definitely need a versatile and lightweight stroller at Disney! (For other tips for taking toddlers to Disney World click here)
Britax B-Mobile Stroller Review
Recently, we were sent the new Britax B-Mobile stroller to review in the Apple green color. I was happy to take it for a spin at WDW. I have 3 little boys, and my 4 year old took turns with my 10 month old riding in the B-Mobile. My 5 year old prefers to walk through WDW now (and sometimes help push his brothers!)
One of the first things I noticed about the new Britax B-Mobile is how extremely smooth it navigates, and how well it handles. This was true whether it was my 4 year old or 10 month old inside of the stroller. Designed for the safe mobility of newborns and toddlers, this lightweight stroller offers travel system compatibility by simply clicking any Britax infant car seat into the included Click & Go adaptors. When using the stroller without the car seat attached, it accommodates children up to 55 lbs.
My 4 year old loved the foot rests, (grab these sweet light up Disney crocs here) and adored the vibrant lime green color. He also really liked the huge sun shade, and being able to recline a bit and relax while being wheeled around The Happiest Place on Earth.
From my Mom point-of-view, I love the large storage basket underneath to stash all of my stuff when we’re on rides at Disney. I also was super impressed with how far back the seat reclines. My 10 month old was able to nap very comfortably right in the midst of Spring Break crowds at Disney! I was one happy mama to be able to let the baby nap and enjoy time with my other two boys at our favorite place.
Unlike many strollers in its class, the B-Mobile offers the convenience of a smart, compact fold with a hands-free carry option, near-flat recline for napping babies and toddlers, and a canopy that provides extra protection for your child on sunny or rainy days. It also folds up super compact. The belly bar allows for the stroller to be carried hands-free, giving you the hands you need to do all of the other tasks that parents need to do!
It’s safe to say that this is definitely our new favorite stroller, whether we are heading to Disney (we live around the corner from WDW, so we happen to go a lot!) or heading out on everyday errands.
The Britax B-Mobile stroller (MSRP: $159.99) is available in Apple (lime green), Ruby (red), Cobalt (blue), and Raven (black). Currently sold on Amazon.com, consumers may also purchase compatible accessories, including a travel bag, rain cover and insect cover starting in April 2018.
