Cauliflower is one of my favorite veggies. It’s super versatile, and can be cooked in a variety of ways (such as cauliflower rice, roasted cauliflower, and more!)
It’s also low carb and super healthy, so it’s perfect for my low carb diet/lifestyle. I’m always looking for new ways to cook cauliflower, and this loaded cauliflower recipe is currently my favorite way to cook this awesome veggie.
This loaded cauliflower recipe is fairly easy to make, and doesn’t take very long to create. It’s also perfect for the upcoming season of summer cookouts. It features award-winning Black Creek® premium Cheddar cheese, and really sets this recipe apart from a sea of bland side dishes.

Loaded Cauliflower Recipe with cheddar, bacon, and green onion…
Ready to get cooking with cauliflower and Black Creek®? Here’s what you’ll need to get started!
INGREDIENTS:
– 1 head of cauliflower
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– 6ozBlack Creek cheddar cheese
– 6 strips of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
– 2 green onions (chopped)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
First, cut up the head of cauliflower so you have florets. Boil in a large pot until tender. Drain water, and set the cauliflower in a baking dish.
Pour olive oil over cauliflower and toss to coat. Then, sprinkle garlic powder over top.
Next, use a cheese grater to shred your favorite Black Creek Cheese on top of the cauliflower. I used a delicious mix of – Black Creek® Sharp Cheddar (which is aged for 9 months and has a pleasantly sharp and complex flavor profile that is both rich and nutty), and Black Creek® Extra Sharp White Cheddar.
Add crumbled bacon and green onions on top.
Pop the baking tray into the oven and bake at 425 for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
ENJOY the deliciousness!
Your Summer will be Better with Cheddar…so get cooking, friends!
