I have a confession. I am totally and utterly obsessed with bubble water. I’ve loved it ever since I was a little girl, and I love it now as an adult. I’ve tried nearly every brand of sparkling water that’s available. My favorite sparkling water right now is Sparkling ICE.
Summer is the perfect time to make a delicious cocktail to enjoy poolside, relaxing with friends on your patio, or wherever your heart desires! I love this sparkling cocktail recipe because it combines so many of my favorite things into one drink! Bubbles, wine, and fresh fruit and mint come together to bring you perfect summer refreshment!
Last summer we planted a garden, and didn’t take great care of it. To be honest, it’s become an overgrown jungle. One thing that’s survived and really thrived in the garden is fresh mint. It’s everywhere! So, I picked this mint right in my own backyard to put into this recipe!
I’m also using delicious Sparkling ICE in this recipe. It’s sparkling water with naturally sourced colors and flavors. It’s available in 16 yummy flavors, and contains no sugar and no calories! Pretty awesome, right?!
Sparkling Strawberry Rosé Refresher – Sparkling Strawberry Wine Cocktail
(I used a 2 liter pitcher to mix all of the ingredients)
– 1 bunch fresh mint
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 3 tbsp water
– 1 bottle rosé wine
– 2.5 bottles Sparkling ICE Kiwi Strawberry
– Strawberry slices for garnish
Add mint to the pitcher with sugar and water.
Muddle the mint.
Tip: Muddling helps to release the flavors of the fresh ingredients so that they bind with the alcohol better…yum!
Now, add 1 bottle of rosé wine to the pitcher.
Then, top off the pitcher with 2.5 bottles of Sparkling ICE Kiwi Strawberry. Two and a half bottles filled the pitcher right to the very tip top!
Add sliced strawberries to the pitcher.
Pour into strawberry garnished glasses and enjoy responsibly!
